Taco Fest will take place on the streets of downtown Phoenix on Saturday May 20th from 6pm-11pm with attendance up to 2,000 expected. The entrance will be on the corner of Moreland and 2nd Street and the site will extend west on Moreland Street then onto 1st Street south to Portland St.

This is a ticketed,  21+ only event priced at $40 per person with beer, cocktails and bottled water included in the ticket price.
Taco vendors may sell other N/A beverages such as horchata and sodas. Vendors may not sell bottled water, since it will be offered for free at the event.

We will be accepting only 15 taco vendors and 15 market vendors that are appropriate for the event theme.

VENDOR FEE: $250 WITHOUT POWER / $325 WITH ACCESS TO POWER

- FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE A VALID MARICOPA COUNTY HEALTH PERMIT (CATERER, MOBILE FOOD UNIT OR TEMPORARY PERMIT).

-YOUR BUSINESS MUST CARRY A MINIMUM 1 MILLION DOLLAR GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY TO PARTICIPATE.

- ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THEIR OWN POS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND STRUCTURAL SET UP NEEDED FOR FOOD SERVICE (TENT, TABLE, GRILLS, HAND WASHING STATION, WATER, ICE ETC) . ACCESS TO POWER PROVIDED UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDED FEE.

- ALL TACO VENDORS MUST OFFER AT LEAST ONE SINGLE TACO MENU OPTION.

- FESTIVAL REQUIRES UPFRONT FEE ONLY. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN CREDIT/CASH HANDLING DURING THE EVENT.

-TACO VENDORS MAY SELL FOOD AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SUCH AS SODA AND HORCHATA (ALL MENU ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY FESTIVAL PRODUCERS). BOTTLED WATER CANNOT BE SOLD AS IT WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE FESTIVAL TO ATTENDEES AT NO COST.
